The location is great, close to the Bay Area, East Bay, and Jack London Square. The room amenities like climate control, a personal safe, and a cable TV with on-demand movies were fantastic. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was rather small.

There was a lot of offerings for breakfast, but the food was horrible.

The shuttle didn't go often enough to Jack London Square.

This place was clean, absolutely fantastic, had romantic views of the marina, and was in a good location very close to San Francisco, the ferries, and Union Square.

The location is comfy very close to downtown and many areas to site. They provide many types of services, including a fabulous bar, free wi-fi, and a shuttle to the airport. - There's a great pool and free parking.

I like the location on the estuary and the convenience of being close to freeway

I did not like having my debit card charged twice for different amounts for my trip plus a higher amount charged to another credit card (excuse given: she is new).. General manager made me very uncomfortable...i was not told that there was a pet fee and not refkectef on final bill when I checked out but after arriving home and checking my account I discovered they added the pet fee Later anf when I told them that i wasnt informed of a oet fee I was told well its on the website. 8 have stayed at this hotel several times and am appalled as to how I was treated. They did comp 2 nights of my stay but I feel I should have had at least 4 days since it took that long to straighten out the charges with my bank. I am on a fixed income and saved for this trip..their mistake caused my account to go $500.in the negative....i had no money in my account for 3 days..this caused me to be highly stressed since I had to call my bank everyday and continually check my account. I never received an explaination as to the diffences in the 2 amounts charged to my Visa in addition to a charge that wss $300 more on my American Express..I askes several times but was ignored. i will never stay at this hotel again.

They charged my card almost 900.00 for a 387.00 bill. They couldn't explain why and I'm still waiting for a refund while on my vacation. So much for extra spending money

Great staff , good breakfast, the room is big enough and clean. Wifi connection was good. The view on back side of the hotel.

I choosed that hotel based on google maps. It was supposed to take 20 minutes to reach SF. Real life figures is actually 45 to 90 minutes by car. Traffic jam is caused by the bay bridge toll. Area is not great but it was not a big deal for us.

Reasonably priced and gorgeous. Huge rooms with direct outside access for quick dog walks. Queen bed and kitchen amenities felt like home. Excellent service and friendly check-in at 3:00. Access to private parking ensured car safety. The stay was absolutely excellent.
